Quinta do Fidalgo sits on 17 hectars just north of Lisbon. With rural farmland, abundant vineyards, and fruit orchards. It is anchored by the restored remains of a 16th Century chapel with ten guest suites, a sprawling terrace, overlooking gardens and a pool made from the ancient remnants of an existing stone basin. The property includes a set of artist casitas and a chef’s garden a short walk down the terrace steps, and expansive event spaces. The intent of the project is to continue ancient practices that provide sustenance for the surrounding community, carrying over traditions to build reverence and community.
