Scheduled to feature 54 thoughtfully designed rooms, this lifestyle independent brand promises a unique and individualized experience for each guest. The central lobby, envisioned as a dynamic culinary hub, will offer an array of food and beverage options, ranging from quick bites to gourmet meals, ensuring a satisfying dining experience.

As part of the development, a lower-level cocktail bar and a full-service restaurant are in progress, providing a refined atmosphere for guests to unwind. The cocktail bar, led by expert mixologists, will craft a diverse range of beverages, while the restaurant will serve a menu inspired by both local and international flavors.

Adding to the allure, a pool bar is also in the works, providing an exclusive space for hotel guests and locals to enjoy refreshing drinks and snacks under the Denver sunshine or beneath the evening stars.
